The Toyota RAV4 is one of the country’s most popular vehicles and the SUV has once again been voted by Canadians as the Most Trusted SUV in the 2022 AutoTrader Canada’s Choice Awards. After tallying tens of thousands of votes from people all over the country, this popular SUV has emerged as the one Canadians trust the most. This is the second time in a row the automaker has won this award in the three years since its inception.

Built locally in Cambridge, Ont., the Toyota RAV4 has impressed both Canadian drivers and our expert judges for being practical and offering a variety of powertrains. With a traditional gas-powered model, a hybrid, and a plug-in hybrid, the RAV4 is remarkably efficient no matter what’s powering it, but it has always impressed with its roominess, practicality, user-friendly nature, and reputation for reliability.

Now in its fifth generation, the Toyota RAV4 was one of the original compact crossovers and has built a loyal following of sensible drivers who want a trouble-free ownership experience.
