Winners for 2022 AutoTrader Awards Announced

AutoTrader is proud to announce the winners of the 2022 AutoTrader Awards, Canada’s most comprehensive automotive awards.

Our jury of more than 20 automotive experts from around the country has voted on the best cars in 25 different categories. Our awards consider every single vehicle available for Canadians to buy from all mainstream automakers, not just vehicles that are new or refreshed for the year. Our experts use a dozen different criteria to vote on winners, but we're looking for vehicles that go above and beyond what's expected to provide Canadian drivers with the best experience possible.

Our guiding principle at AutoTrader is to empower Canadian car shoppers to be more confident in their car-buying journey, and part of that is by offering unbiased expert automotive advice. Our team of some of the industry’s best automotive journalists has worked hard to separate good cars from award-winning cars, which we think arms car shoppers with the knowledge to make more confident decisions.
