The 2025 Genesis Electrified G80 has received a rather significant refresh – not that the biggest update can be spotted at a glance. The good news is that the changes play a massive role in how this electric vehicle (EV) performs.

With its update, the Electrified G80 has had its wheelbase stretched 130 mm (5.1 in), making room for a bigger 94.5-kWh battery pack. The current version uses an 87.2-kWh battery, with an estimated 454 km of range. While official numbers for the bigger unit weren’t available at the time of writing, it’s reasonable to expect another 50 km or so from this all-electric sedan.

Other changes include rear-axle steering and new wheel designs, as well as reclining rear seats and a massive 27-inch screen inside that combines instrument and infotainment displays under a single panel.

We weren’t able to poke around inside the revised car at its debut at the Busan auto show in Korea, but given how good the existing Electrified G80 is, these updates should only enhance its appeal.
