2025 Jeep Compass Price Drops By $6,000 In Canada

Another year, another price hike: it’s a tale as old as time, but for 2025 Jeep is flipping the script and giving shoppers in the market for a compact crossover 6,000 reasons to pick the Compass over its competitors.

The 2025 Jeep Compass comes with a base price of $34,995, $6,000 less than the same model in 2024, when it carried an MSRP of $41,015 (all prices include destination charge).

Prices have fallen elsewhere in the lineup, too, albeit not by as much. For instance, the Compass North now costs $41,995, which is just over $1,900 less than its MSRP in 2024 and the Altitude trim will see its price drop by $420.

The inflation script remains very much un-flipped at the top of the lineup, where prices rise in 2025, though not by much. The Compass Limited will cost $80 more next year than it did in 2024, and the Trailhawk trim’s price increases by $980.

Jeep explains that the price drop for the lower trim models is part of a “repositioning” for the model, which has been one of the brand’s few bright points in an otherwise depressing sales year. In Q3, it was the only model in the automaker’s lineup whose sales increased as compared to the same period in 2024. Overall, Jeep’s sales are down 26 per cent for the year to date, so it’s no surprise that the brand is looking to make the Compass even more attractive to consumers.

As ever, the Compass is equipped with a 2.0L turbocharged inline four that makes 200 horsepower and 221 lb-ft of torque. It also comes standard with a driver fatigue warning, forward collision warning with active braking, pedestrian automatic emergency braking, and active lane management. Finally, a 10.25-inch digital cluster and a 10.1-inch touchscreen equipped with Uconnect 5 and wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto come standard with the model.

2025 model year Compasses will start arriving in Canadian showrooms this fall.
