2026 Toyota Camry Gets Moody with New Nightshade Edition

Toyota’s dark appearance package, the Nightshade Edition, is coming to the Camry lineup for 2026.
The package features unique 19-inch wheels and gloss black badging, as well as a Midnight Black Metallic front grille, air curtains, side canards, door handles, mirror caps, rear spoiler, and more. The 2026 Camry Nightshade Edition will be offered in White, Supersonic Red, or Metallic Black Metallic.
One of six trims available in the Camry lineup for the coming model year, like the XSE and XLE, the Nightshade Edition will feature all-wheel drive and will be powered by Toyota’s 2.5L four-cylinder hybrid powertrain. All in, the system makes 232 net hp — the front-wheel drive SE and SE Upgrade make 225 net hp.
In addition to the Nightshade trim, the Camry lineup also gains a new exterior paint colour Dark Cosmos. However, in Canada the hazy shade of blue will only be available on the top-of-the-line XLE model. The colour joins Ocean Gem, Heavy Metal, White, Wind Chill Pearl, Underground, Midnight Black Metallic, and Supersonic Red.
As ever, the 2026 Camry will be equipped with an eight-inch infotainment screen as standard or an available 12.3-inch screen. A nine-speaker JBL sound system is available in the XLE and XSE trims, and the latter also gets memory seats, memory wipers, and rain-sensing wipers.
The Camry also comes standard with blind spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, safe exit alert, and more. Full pricing for the 2026 Toyota Camry lineup was not available at time of writing.
