GMC's 2025 Sierra EV, which is closely related to the Chevy Silverado EV, will come loaded with power as well as features. Meanwhile, 350 kW charging allowing drivers to add 160 km of range in just 10 minutes.
Other standard features include an adaptive air ride suspension. This system offers ride comfort benefits and lets the truck raise up or hunker down two inches for more ground clearance or to make it easier for passenger and cargo loading.
The truck will also offer the MultiPro MidGate, a movable rear cab that lets large or long cargo use the rear seat space instead of just the truck's bed. The MidGate gives Sierra EV owners as much as 11 feet of cargo storage length behind the driver.
Super Cruise, GMC's hands-off highway driving assistant, will be offered on the truck. It will get goodies like 4-wheel steer with CrabWalk for off-highway maneuverability and be able to supply up to 10.2 kW of power to job sites, camping, or even to run much of your home in a power outage.
The 2025 GMC Sierra EV Denali will hit dealers before the end of the year. The Extended Range version starts from $115,699 plus destination, and the Max Range model starts from $119,699.
In the first half of 2025, GMC will introduce more affordable versions of the truck. These include the Sierra EV AT4, aimed at buyers who want to do more off-roading, and the Sierra EV Elevation, a more entry-level model. Pricing for those has yet to be announced, though the Elevation will likely cost under $100,000.
