Jeep Launches Gladiator Receives Willys '41 Buzz Edition For 2026

Summary
Jeep pays tribute to a 1960s military truck with new trim level.

Jeep is extending the historically inspired Willys '41 edition to the Gladiator pickup truck.

For 2026, the Gladiator will be available with the new Willys '41 Buzz edition. This special trim package is inspired by another, lesser-known Jeep military vehicle: the Kaiser Jeep M175 military truck. This was a light-duty military truck produced from 1967 to 1969, based on the Jeep Gladiator of the time.

To create the Gladiator Willys '41 Buzz, the truck receives a completely new appearance package for both the interior and exterior. It receives custom 17-inch olive-drab military rims, a Mojave hood with “retro-inspired” decals , steel front and rear bumpers as well as the classic army olive-drab paint.

This package extends to the interior, as the Buzz '41 package also adds classic tan seats and green cloth-wrapped bolsters on the dashboard.

All these modifications pay tribute to Jeep’s utilitarian military roots, giving the Gladiator a look to match. This package is an extension of the Willys '41 trim that is currently offered on the regular Wrangler, and has now been adapted to the Gladiator lineup as well. This package is currently available for order with specific pricing to be announced later.
